本ガイドラインは、スマートメーターシステムのセキュリティ確保を目的として、一般送配電事業者が実施すべきスマートメーターシステムの設計調達段階から保守運用段階までの一連の工程における、セキュリティ対策の要求事項を規定したものです。

The Guidelines define the requirements for security measures taken by the general transmission / distribution utility in all processes from the design and procurement to maintenance and operation process for ensuring the security of the smart meter system.
